AIE play the CTMF!

On Friday 12 May 2023, KMA’s African Instruments Ensemble were honoured to play in the Cape Town Marimba Festival 2023 at the Baxter Theatre. Due to very limited space at our present premises, we have to teach our marimba classes out of the garage and, despite the tight squeeze, Mr Keketso has done an amazing job. The complex rhythms and melodies of African music is the perfect meditation practice while it focuses our attention on each part’s contribution to the whole. Well done beautiful children and Mr Keketso Mahlo Bolofo, you flew the KMA flag high for us.
