UK Quartet of Peace visits KMA

In April 2019 we were very blessed to host a workshop for our pupils with musicians from the visiting UK Quartet of Peace. Abel Selaocoe and Bernhard Schimpelsberger introduced the concept of ‘Conversation in Music’ by doing things we had never done before on our instruments! Eight lucky pupils were offered free tickets to their performance the week before, where we got to hear the unique Quartet of stringed instruments created in honour of South Africa’s four Nobel Laureates.
